On September 9, 2008, at the closing of the JTAC Update during the opening session of the annual meeting of the Indiana Judicial Conference, Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr., introduced the world premiere of a new video by the Indiana Supreme Court. In homage to the original Norwegian “First Helpdesk Call” Video, which we first saw on YouTube, the Court produced a remake starring Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard and Dave Remondini, Chief Deputy Exec. Dir. at State Court Administration.
The message of the video is simply that the human struggle to adapt to new technologies is age-old. For those of you who did not attend the conference, you can watch it below or check it out at the new Indiana Supreme Court YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/user/incourts.
