Odyssey went live Dec. 1 in Franklin Township, Marion County Small Claims Court. The DeKalb County launch scheduled for that day was pushed back a week as conversion of old data is still being completed. Public case information from these new Odyssey courts is not yet available on the Indiana Supreme Court’s website, but we will post an update as soon as it added to the free online site.
The next Marion County Small Claims court scheduled to use Odyssey is Lawrence Township. Floyd County trial courts are preparing to use Odyssey in January.
JTAC staff has also been meeting with officials in New Haven City Court and Avon Town Court to prepare for Odyssey installation there in early 2009.
