Floyd County Professional Services Office Becomes First Court Alcohol and Drug Program To Use Odyssey Supervision

In August of this year, JTAC collaborated with Daraius Randelia, Director of the Floyd County Professional Services Office, and his staff to modify the configuration of Odyssey Supervision to meet the needs of court alcohol and drug programs in Indiana.  During the last week of August, initial training was provided to the Floyd County Professional Services staff; however, new enhancements within Odyssey Supervision were made available in September of this year, which required further assistance and training.  In addition to the standard case management features of Odyssey Supervision, the most recent enhancements allow users to create class schedules for their Court Alcohol and Drug Program, assign clients to a scheduled class event, and monitor clients’ attendance.  To date, the Floyd County Professional Services Office has added 696 cases to Odyssey Supervision and has generated 346 service contracts for new program referrals from the application.

In response to requests received from the Floyd County Professional Services users, JTAC has begun a new project of building additional caseload reports for Odyssey Supervision.  The County’s input and recommendations will continue to be utilized during this development process.

JTAC would like to thank Mr. Randelia and his staff for their patience, partnership, and continued enthusiasm in becoming the first Court Alcohol and Drug Program to deploy Odyssey Supervision!
