Tuesday, January 18th brought about the successful implementation of Phase 2 of the Odyssey Case Management System for four additional courts in Allen County, bringing the statewide total to 81 courts in 26 counties. Phase 2 of the four-phase plan for Allen County included conversion of the following case types: Estates, Trust, Guardianship and Mental Health. The public was given immediate access to the case information summaries free of charge via the Internet at http://mycase.in.gov. The records returned via the public access site include cases prior to Odyssey in addition to any new cases filed on or after January 18th in Allen County, as well as all cases statewide for courts that have already transitioned to the Odyssey Case Management System.
The remaining two implementation phases for Allen County are being planned, and JTAC staff continues to work closely with Allen County personnel to make those phases as successful as the first two.
