The Perry Township Small Claims Court, located in the southern part of Marion County, went live on the Odyssey case management system on Monday, January 31st. This brings the total number of Odyssey courts statewide to 82. The Perry Township court processes about 5,000 new filings annually, and is the seventh (out of nine) Marion County Small Claims courts to make the transition to Odyssey. The Marion County Small Claims courts handle approximately 69,200 new cases each year.
