Scott County Probation and Court Alcohol and Drug Program Join Odyssey Supervision

On April 11th, the Scott County Probation Department and Court Alcohol and Drug Probation began using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System.  To date, 20 probation departments, two drug court programs, two court alcohol and drug programs, and three home detention programs are using Odyssey Supervision.

The staff of the Scott County Probation Department completed three days of instructional training with JTAC staff and began entering cases into Odyssey Supervision at the end of the third day.  Additional go-live support was then provided on site for two more days.  The transition to Odyssey Supervision will allow the Scott County Probation Department to gradually discontinue use of their previous case management system.  With Odyssey Supervision, not only will the entire probation staff have access to all probation cases and financial information for their department, but they will also have the ability to track participants in the court alcohol and drug program of Scott County.  Features of this component include the ability to manage a calendar of classes and programs, as well as track client attendance and program compliance.  Odyssey Supervision will collect the required data for an agency-wide demographic report required by the Indiana Judicial Center on an annual basis.  Thank you to Chief Probation Officer D.K. Cunningham and the rest of the probation staff for their hard work and contribution to a successful deployment.

JTAC will be working with Clark County Probation and LaPorte County Adult Probation in the coming months to deploy Odyssey Supervision to these agencies.
