April 2011 Stakeholders Meeting

At the April 12th Stakeholders meeting, attendees were provided with details on enhancements currently in development for two of JTAC’s many technology initiatives.

LaJuan Epperson reported on upgrades being made to the Protective Order Registry (POR) software which are ready to be deployed.  The first enhancement will allow the user the option to print orders in an English/Spanish version, and a second enhancement will allow the petitioner to be notified by text, e-mail or fax that their order has been issued, served, and will terminate.  Additionally, JTAC plans to launch a POR Public Search site this month.  This new site will be piloted by domestic violence advocates throughout the state.Read More
