Help Desk Calls Spike in January

JTAC’s Help Desk has been receiving a high volume of calls this month, especially relating to the Indiana Courts Online Reports (ICOR) system.  Between creating new user accounts in response to staffing changes and assisting users with the new 2008 annual forms, our help desk has fielded over 550 calls about ICOR in the first three weeks of January.

The new ICOR annual forms for 2008 that were recently made available on INcite included forms for Budget & Expenditure, Court Revenue, Annual Operations, and Court Reporter statistics.
