Benton County Court Records Now Available on Public Access

Benton County court records are now available via Odyssey Public Access at mycase.in.gov.  After only two weeks of hands-on training, the Benton County Circuit Court and Clerk’s Office went live with Odyssey on March 1st.   The Benton County staff worked side by side with the JTAC staff and played an integral part in the data clean-up that was necessary to convert their historical data into Odyssey.  The Court and Clerk staff have adapted very well and are getting more comfortable using Odyssey as each day goes by.

The Odyssey Journey for Hamilton County Continues

JTAC’s conversion team will be pushing legacy data into Odyssey for the Carmel City Court this weekend.  Access to Odyssey will be interrupted temporarily while the data conversion scripts run.  This does affect Odyssey Public Access.

Carmel City will be live on Odyssey Monday morning, November 23rd .  Judge Poindexter anticipates that the court records will be available on Odyssey Public Access beginning January 4th, 2010!

Two More Counties on Odyssey, Washington Public Access Live

Courts in St. Joseph and Owen Counties began using Odyssey today. This means 32  courts in the state are now using Odyssey. Owen County in west central Indiana will begin using Odyssey in Judge Frank Nardi’s and Clerk Harley Melton’s court. St. Joseph County on the northern edge of the state will be filing all of their traffic court cases with Odyssey.

Also, residents of Washington County in southern Indiana will begin having free public access to court information starting today. Washington County went live with Odyssey July 6th.
