On April 11th, the Scott County Probation Department and Court Alcohol and Drug Probation began using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System. To date, 20 probation departments, two drug court programs, two court alcohol and drug programs, and three home detention programs are using Odyssey Supervision.
On February 9th, the Cass County Juvenile Probation Department began using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System. Training was completed over a three-day period and involved both instructional sessions and interactive practice exercises.
On December 20, 2011, Deborah Webb, the Product Manager for the Courts & Justice Division of Tyler Technologies, travelled from Texas to Indiana to visit the Hamilton County Probation Department. The purpose of the visit was to witness firsthand how an Indiana Probation Department is using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System, in hopes of discovering new ways to improve the product.
A first for JTAC – Odyssey Implemented in Jennings and Henry Counties; Odyssey Supervision Implemented in Henry County
December 12th was an eventful day for JTAC! Not only did both Henry County and Jennings County go live with the Odyssey case management system, but JTAC also implemented the Odyssey Supervision module with the Henry County Probation Department simultaneously. Over 248,000 cases were converted and transferred from two different case management systems to Odyssey.
On November 16, 2011, the Hendricks County Probation Department became the 20th agency to use the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System. After three days of instructional training and practice exercises, probation officers began adding cases to Odyssey Supervision. The Hendricks County implementation included both the Superior Court Probation Department and Circuit Court Probation Department, which will consolidate into the Hendricks County Probation Department on January 1, 2012.
