Product Manager from Tyler Technologies Visits Indiana Probation Department

A first for JTAC – Odyssey Implemented in Jennings and Henry Counties; Odyssey Supervision Implemented in Henry County

December 12th was an eventful day for JTAC!  Not only did both Henry County and Jennings County go live with the Odyssey case management system, but JTAC also implemented the Odyssey Supervision module with the Henry County Probation Department simultaneously. Odyssey Supervision Implemented in Hendricks County

On November 16, 2011, the Hendricks County Probation Department became the 20th agency to use the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System.  After three days of instructional training and practice exercises, probation officers began adding cases to Odyssey Supervision.  The Hendricks County implementation included both the Superior Court Probation Department and Circuit Court Probation Department, which will consolidate into the Hendricks County Probation Department on January 1, 2012.  Read More
