Steuben County Probation Department Joins Odyssey Supervision

On August 4, 2011, the Steuben County Probation Department became the 17th agency to begin using Odyssey Supervision.  The Steuben County deployment was also the first “dual deployment” for JTAC, which involved coordinating the Odyssey Case Management System (CMS) deployment schedule for the courts and clerk’s office with the probation department’s deployment plans.  Read More

Parke County Probation Goes Live with Odyssey Supervision

On July 14th the Parke County Probation Department became the 15th probation department in the state to begin using Odyssey Supervision.  The Supervision component will be used in Parke County to monitor not only adult and juvenile probation cases, but also drug court cases.  The probation department will be able to discontinue use of their legacy case management system, which was primarily used to tabulate quarterly statistical data.Read More

Hamilton County Probation Department Goes Live with Odyssey Supervision

After five weeks of training, the Hamilton County Probation Department has become the 15th agency to begin using the Odyssey Supervision software.  Hamilton County supervises over 4,000 adult and juvenile probation cases and operates a certified Court Alcohol and Drug Program (Court Assisted Rehabilitative Efforts – C.A.R.E.).  The probation department also supervises those individuals participating in the county’s newly created Drug Court program.Read More

New Odyssey Supervision Page on JTAC’s Website
