Tipton County Goes Live with Odyssey Supervision!

The Tipton County Probation Department began using Odyssey Supervision on December 2nd, becoming the 9th agency to implement the application.  The probation staff was extremely supportive and instrumental in changing a few business practices for processing juvenile cases, which also involved collaboration between the clerk’s office and prosecutor’s office.  The new approach has created a streamlined process for all juvenile cases and has been well received.Read More

Floyd County Professional Services Office Becomes First Court Alcohol and Drug Program To Use Odyssey Supervision

In August of this year, JTAC collaborated with Daraius Randelia, Director of the Floyd County Professional Services Office, and his staff to modify the configuration of Odyssey Supervision to meet the needs of court alcohol and drug programs in Indiana.  During the last week of August, initial training was provided to the Floyd County Professional Services staff; however, new enhancements within Odyssey Supervision were made available in September of this year, which required further assistance and training.  In addition to the standard case management features of Odyssey Supervision, the most recent enhancements allow users to create class schedules for their Court Alcohol and Drug Program, assign clients to a scheduled class event, and monitor clients’ attendance.  To date, the Floyd County Professional Services Office has added 696 cases to Odyssey Supervision and has generated 346 service contracts for new program referrals from the application.Read More

Floyd County Probation Goes Live with Odyssey Supervision

Over the past three months JTAC has worked with the three Floyd County probation departments to deploy the Odyssey Supervision product center.

On August 25th, Floyd County Superior 2 Probation entered their first case into Odyssey Supervision and became the fifth department to begin using the application.  To date, Floyd County Superior 2 Probation has added 929 probation cases to Odyssey Supervision, and has created 186 Conditions of Probation documents and 65 Petition to Revoke documents from the application.  JTAC continues to work with the Floyd County Superior 2 Probation staff to provide additional training and support.Read More

Harrison County Adult Probation Department Joins the Juvenile Probation Department in Using Odyssey Supervision

During the last week of June 2010, JTAC worked with the Harrison County Adult Probation Department to deploy the Odyssey Supervision product center within their organization. The first adult probation case in Harrison County was entered into Odyssey Supervision on July 2nd. Over the last few weeks, the staff has worked diligently to add many more probation cases into the supervision program, prepared Pre-Sentence Investigation Reports, and entered contact notes on their individual clients’ records. They will begin utilizing the financial component of Odyssey Supervision on September 1, 2010.Read More

Odyssey Supervision Deployed in Warren County

On June 1, 2010, Warren County became the second county in Indiana to begin using the Odyssey Supervision Product Center for Probation.  JTAC would like to thank Judge John Rader and the Probation staff for their willingness to help pilot this initiative!  By working side-by-side with Judge Rader, Chief Probation Officer Stacy Miley and Probation Secretary Kathy Jordan, training was completed over a four-day period and culminated in the successful deployment of the software.  During the next few weeks over 250 adult and juvenile cases will be entered into Odyssey Supervision by the Warren County Probation Department. 

JTAC is also working with the Harrison County Adult Probation Department and the DeKalb County Probation Department to deploy Odyssey Supervision in those counties.
