Harrison County Juvenile Probation Department is First to Use Odyssey’s New Supervision Product Center

Mark Rodriguez and Mark Harvey of Paperless Business Solutions, consultants to JTAC, began working with the Harrison County Juvenile Probation Department a few months ago in order to pilot Odyssey Supervision.    Odyssey Supervision pulls case and financial data from the court and clerk side of Odyssey and allows probation officers the ability to enter and track the following:  drug screens and medications, report on case activity, sanctions and administrative hearings, juvenile referrals, contact management and the ability to add documents to the case such as pre-sentence and pre-dispositional reports.Read More

JTAC Demos Supervision Product Center

On October 7, 2009 attendees of the Indiana Judicial Center’s 2009 Problem-Solving Courts Workshop were introduced to the Supervision Product Center for the Odyssey Case Management System.  Using JTAC’s mobile computer lab in an “open house” format, attendees were given the opportunity to sit down at a laptop and explore the features of the Supervision Product Center first hand.  JTAC Director, Mary DePrez with assistance from JTAC’s Mark Harvey and Paperless Business Solutions’ Amy Sarkar provided assistance to attendees and answered questions.   Following the open house, two formal demonstration sessions were presented by the JTAC team.

Odyssey Supervision Features To Be Tested Soon

JTAC and Tyler Technologies have been working for several months to custom-build into the Odyssey case management system (CMS) a new add-on that we call the Supervision Product Center (or sometimes Supervision Module).  The Supervision Product Center will provide valuable case management tools-integrated into the Odyssey CMS-for probation departments, community corrections, and specialty courts.Read More
