On May 1st, 2012, Beech Grove City and Lawrenceburg City implemented the Odyssey case management system for their courts.
On April 11th, the Scott County Probation Department and Court Alcohol and Drug Probation began using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System. To date, 20 probation departments, two drug court programs, two court alcohol and drug programs, and three home detention programs are using Odyssey Supervision.
On April 9th, the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and the three courts in Jackson County went live on the Odyssey case management system. On that same day, the Honorable Linda Wilcox, Judge of the Union City City Court in Randolph County, also began using the data sharing software.
On February 24th, Monroe County implemented the Protection Order Registry (POR) / Odyssey CMS interface. The POR / Odyssey interface allows transactions that are processed in one system to be automatically updated in the other system. The interface increases productivity and eliminates duplicate data entry.
On February 9th, the Cass County Juvenile Probation Department began using the Supervision module of the Odyssey Case Management System. Training was completed over a three-day period and involved both instructional sessions and interactive practice exercises.
