Odyssey Now in 104 Courts!
JTAC is pleased to report that 104 courts in 35 counties are now using the Indiana Supreme Court’s Odyssey case management system. These courts comprise more than 34% of the state’s caseload. This achievement marks a significant milestone toward installing a uniform case management system in all Indiana courts. The most recent Odyssey deployments have taken place in Terre Haute City Court in Vigo County, and the Circuit and Superior Courts in Hendricks County.Read More
Steuben County Probation Department Joins Odyssey Supervision
On August 4, 2011, the Steuben County Probation Department became the 17th agency to begin using Odyssey Supervision. The Steuben County deployment was also the first “dual deployment” for JTAC, which involved coordinating the Odyssey Case Management System (CMS) deployment schedule for the courts and clerk’s office with the probation department’s deployment plans. Two Counties Pilot POR Electronic Signature Enhancement
The pilot phase for the Protection Order Registry Electronic Signature Enhancement began on July 25th in Grant and Wabash counties. As of August 3rd, there have been 21 Orders created where the judicial officer’s digital signature was attached. As a result, whenever these Orders are printed from the Registry there will be a judicial officer signature on the Order and those Orders will no longer read “Original Signature on File with Court of Record.”Read More
